Today I am sharing with you 5 things that happened when I decided to eat a vegan, whole food plant based diet. There were so many positive changes that happened, but the most significant has been the drastic improvement in my health. Keep in mind, because these things happened to me, doesn’t necesarily mean ithey’ll happen for you – although they do seem to be pretty common. Also, I decided to eat a healthy vegan diet consisting of whole plant foods, not vegan junk and processed foods.
