◇ 2 ripe avocados
◇ 1-2 handful(s) of cilantro (chopped)
◇ 5-10 grape (or cherry) tomatoes (sliced – optional)
◇ Salt & pepper (to taste)

↠ Raw Sour Cream
◇ 1 1/2 cups raw cashews (soaked for 15-20 mins)
◇ 2 tsps apple cider vinegar
◇ 2 small lemons (juiced)
◇ 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan pink salt
◇ 3/4 cup water

↠ Raw Taco “Meat”
◇ 1 cup of walnuts
◇ 1 tsp coconut aminos
◇ 1/2 tsp chili powder
◇ 1/2 tsp onion powder
◇ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
◇ 1/4 tsp pepper
◇ 1/4 tsp salt
◇ 1/8 tsp paprika
◇ 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

◇ 1/2 head iceberg lettuce (finely chopped)

Hiiii – welcome to my channel!

Tofu egg seasoning mix:
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 black pepper
1/2 tsp Kala Namak/Black Salt (this has an eggy flavor but is also a “salt” so it is salty as well)

Hummus salad dressing (estimates):
3 tbsp of plain hummus
1.5 tbsp of red wine vinegar
1 tsp of agave
1/2 tsp of dried oregano
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/4 tsp of smoked paprika
3 tbsp of hot water (or however much you prefer. this is to thin out the dressing)
Salt and black pepper to taste

Mediterranean-inspired salad ingredients:
Red onions
Cherry tomatoes
Cucumbers
Pepperoncinis
Olives
Chickpeas in cumin and parsley
Vegan feta
Brown rice or quinoa
Massage Kale

Grilled Vegetable Skewers:
Marinate a variety of colorful vegetables (like bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, and cherry tomatoes) in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and your favorite herbs. Thread them onto skewers and grill over the fire until charred and tender.

Campfire Tofu and Veggie Packets:
Create individual foil packets filled with cubed tofu, sliced potatoes, carrots, and other vegetables. Drizzle with a mixture of soy sauce, maple syrup, and a touch of liquid smoke. Seal the packets and cook over the fire until everything is cooked through.

Vegan Sausages or Hot Dogs:
Many stores offer a variety of vegan sausages and hot dogs. Grill them over the fire and serve with your favorite condiments and buns.

Stuffed Campfire Potatoes:
Wrap whole potatoes in foil and place them in the fire’s coals. Once cooked, slice them open and stuff with vegan butter, chives, dairy-free cheese, and vegan sour cream.

Grilled Corn on the Cob:
Peel back the husks of fresh corn, remove the silk, and then fold the husks back up. Soak the corn in water for about 15 minutes, then grill over the fire until the kernels are tender and slightly charred. Serve with dairy-free butter and seasoning.

Mushroom and Veggie Foil Packets:
Combine sliced mushrooms, sliced bell peppers, onions, and garlic in a foil packet. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Seal the packet and cook over the fire until the vegetables are soft and flavorful.

Grilled Portobello Mushrooms:
Marinate whole portobello mushrooms in a mixture of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and herbs. Grill them over the fire until they’re juicy and tender. These can be served as a burger substitute or on their own.

Campfire Baked Beans:
In a cast iron skillet, combine canned vegan baked beans with sautéed onions, garlic, and a touch of maple syrup or brown sugar. Let it simmer over the fire until heated through and slightly caramelized.

Vegan Campfire Chili:
Prepare a hearty chili ahead of time and bring it to your campsite. Heat it up in a pot over the fire, and serve with vegan cornbread or tortilla chips.

Grilled Fruit Skewers:
Don’t forget about dessert! Thread chunks of your favorite fruits (like pineapple, peaches, and bananas) onto skewers. Grill until they’re caramelized and serve with a drizzle of dairy-free chocolate sauce or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
