Overnight Oats with Sunflower Seeds, serves 2:

1 cup porridge oats
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp whole flax seeds
0,25 tsp ground cardamom
1,25 cups oat milk

Combine all the ingredients in an air tight container the night before you intend to eat it, making sure to mix well. Store in fridge over night and serve in the morning with your favourite toppings.
