GRANOLA | Vegan, Oil/sugar-free
In this video, I show you how to make oven-baked granola with no added oil or sugar. Ingredients are below!
Ingredients:
– 1 cup oats
– ½ cup quinoa puffs
– ¼ cup coconut flakes
– ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
– ¼ cup walnuts
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– dash of salt
– 8 small pitted dates
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– ½ cup almond milk
