Disclaimer- I now eat a whole plant-based diet focusing on whole grains, potatoes, veggies, fruits, loads of greens, and healthy fats. However, how I eat might not work for you! We are all so different and thrive off of different foods. There are so many ways to eat vegan. Listen to your body. Find what makes you feel ALIVE! Food is fuel. No food should be labeled as “bad” and no food should be labeled as “good”. There are foods that are denser in nutrients than others, but that doesn’t necessarily make them “healthier”. Having a good and positive mindset towards food is the #1 most important thing for living a healthy lifestyle. Plus, vegan cupcakes and burgers are freaking delicious!
