A few years ago, we had the pleasure of being introduced to Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn and the amazing benefits of a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle. Over time, we managed to eliminate all animal products from our diet, and have been thriving ever since! What initially began as a movement towards better health, has become so much more for us! Going vegan or plant-based is better not only for your health, but also for the environment and the animals–we all win! We firmly believe that this is the most sustainable way of eating and living.
