Roasted garlic noodle soup for the soul. ???????? A home-cooked meal prepared with intention is one of the best ways to show love to yourself and others.
Chop 1 small onion, 2 stalks celery, 2 carrots and sauté with olive oil. Add 6 cups chicken-style veggie broth and fresh herbs and simmer until tender. Mash roasted garlic into a paste and add. Stir in fresh kale and the juice of half a lemon. Add precooked noodles and enjoy. ????
