I have been eating a VEGAN KETO diet now for 3 months. I am just so shocked by the results and what happened in just 3 months!! This has not only been a weight loss journey but a health and wellness journey. This is my 3 month update after transitioning from a traditional vegan diet to a VEGAN KETO diet.
