Vegan Taco Mukbang And Childhood Beating Story
I set myself up by asking Karen if she remembers any childhood stories. Instead of answering like a normal person, she asks me if I remember being beaten as a child. 🤦🏻♀️ Of course, my filipino childhood had many memories of that, and you’ll hear a bit about it. We spent most of the 3 hours she visited me in my home just eating tacos fit for a family of 10. But here are some fun moments. 🌮
Vegan and Gluten Free Tacos Recipe:
2 Bell Peppers
2 Ripe Avocados
Piri Piri Seasoning
Nandos Hot Sauce
Cut mini potatoes in quarters
Spread on baking tray and cover with oil (I used sunflower)
Add Piri Piri seasoning (be generous)
In a hot Pan,
Add vegan butter/oil, then crumble and cook.
Once golden brown, add dried garlic and a couple pinches of piri piri seasoning
Turn off heat
Slice tomatoes, bell peppers, and avocados
On a clean pan, heat up corn tortillas (about 30-60 seconds – be sure to flip it over halfway)
Then once all is cooked, ready to assemble and serve!
