Scallop potato recipe written down below 😉 Plus you really gotta try making your own sauerkraut, its not for everyone but I can not stress enough how much fermented foods are good for you! Some people believe they are the best thing for you! They are high in vitamin B12, which for most people ( not only vegans! ) is a hard vitamin to get from foods👏🏻
1 1/2 to 2 tsps of salt per pound of cabbage! Massage, let set for 30-40 minutes then massage again! Pack tight in a glass jar and let someone warm ( I put mine on top of my fridge ) for 3-7 days! Burp it often to release the pressure it causes during fermentation!

2 russet potatoes ( I cut 3 but only needed 2 )
5-6 cloves garlic
2 sprigs of rosemary
6 -7 fresh sage leaves
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 1/4 cup oat milk
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/8 cayenne pepper
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp oil
Slice potatoes in chips that are about 1/8” thick. Place in cold water and let soak for at least 30 minutes
Slice onion thinly, mince garlic and chop sage. Heat a pan on low – medium heat, add 1/2 tbsp oil and garlic. Cook for about 1 minute then add onion, rosemary, sage, black pepper and 1 tsp salt. Cook until onion is lightly golden.
Heat oven to 350F
Heat oat milk in a pot until steam is coming off it. Add garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, nutritional yeast. Mix well and keep warm until ready to layer your scalp potatoes. Right before your ready add rice flour and mix well!
Coat baking dish / perfect pot 😉 with 1/2 tbsp oil and start with a layer of potatoes then sautéed onion then sauce. Keep layering until you run out of sauce! – feel free to layer vegan cheese in between layers!
Put into the oven with a lid and bake for 45 minutes to an hour. ( every oven is different so check your potatoes at 45 minutes and bake longer if needed! )
