Pizza Recipe:
200ml water
2 1/4 tsp yeast
2 tsp sugar
2 1/4 cup + more for kneading of spelt flour (can use wheat flour or GF but it may be less fluffy)
pinch of salt

Lunch:
To prep the tofu, I mixed together 1 tbsp tamari sauce, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 lemon juiced, 1 tsp rice vinegar and 100g firm organic diced tofu. I added it to a non-stick pan on high heat and cooked until golden. To make the coconut sauce, I combined 2 tbsp coconut yogurt with 1 tbsp lime juice.

Workout:
30 seconds on 10 seconds off
Full Body:
burpees
jump lunges
step lunges
burpee jump squat
push up mountain climber
renegade row
Abs:
squat calf raise
reverse crunch
flutter kicks
cross crunch
bridge raises
bicycle crunches
hip lifts
commandos
v sit crunch

Supplements I take on a vegan diet:
(individual to my own needs, get a blood test to see what you need)
B12
Vitamin D (during the times I am less in the sun)
Iron
Iodine (if I am not eating seaweed or fortified salt)
