BROWN SUGAR OAT MILK LATTE
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1-2 tbsp brown sugar
1 espresso or 2-3 tbsp concentrated coffee
8-10 oz oat milk
cinnamon, garnish

TIKIL GOMEN
1 onion
1 cabbage
1 cup potatoes
1 tsp turmeric
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp ginger
2 tbsp hot water
1 jalapeno
salt + pepper

SHRIMP & GRITS
gumbo:
1 shallot
2 vegan sausages
1 cup lobster mushrooms
1/4 tsp old bay seasoning
2 tsp cajun seasoning (paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt, black pepper)
1/2 cup veggie stock*
1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tsp water

1/2 cup grits
1 cup water
1/2 cup oatmilk
1/4 cup vegan cheddah
1-2 tsp vegan butter
salt + white pepper

GRILLED CHEEZE
vegan croissant loaf
caramelized onion
2 tsp vegan butter
3/4 cup vegan cheddah
salt, pepper, garlic powder

LASAGNA SOUP
1/2 cup meat substitute (chickpea flour, ground pecans, italian seasoning)
1/3 cup water
1 yellow onion, diced
1 can whole tomatoes
italian seasoning to taste
salt + pepper
32 oz veggie stock*
broken lasagna noodles
vegan ricotta cheese, garnish

1 can jackfruit
2 tsp sriracha + mayo

2 tbsp vegan butter
2 sprigs thyme, fresh
5-6 leaves sage, fresh
