📋 INGREDIENTS:
For the stew:
800 g (28.2 oz) potatoes
2 cans white beans (400 g each)
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 carrots
1 leek
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp sweet paprika powder
½ tsp smoked paprika powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried marjoram
800 ml (3⅓ cups) vegetable broth
150 ml (⅔ cup) vegan cooking cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt
Black pepper
15 g (0.5 oz) fresh parsley
For the garlic bread:
½ ciabatta or baguette
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
A little thyme
A pinch of salt
