RECIPE (4 servings each 430cal/10P/47C/21F):

-5 cloves garlic
-a pinch of chili flakes
FRY in olive oil
-juice and zest of 1 lemon
-salt and pepper to taste
-1 1/2 cups (325ml) plant milk or vegan cream
SIMMER on medium heat to reduce
-250g pasta
COOK it
-fresh parsley and pinch of love

STIR it in with pasta and pasta water/COOK just a few minutes until creamy
