32 oz vegetable broth
1 yellow onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
2 ribs of celery
6 cloves of garlic
2 tbs of freshly chopped parsley
1 tsp sage
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tbs Tony’s Creole seasoning
1 tbs hot sauce
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
2 bay leaves

Serve with Brown rice
