👨🍳 Healthy Mediterranean Snack Recipe
1 (15oz) can chickpeas (or 1 ½ cups cooked chickpeas) (250 g)
½ cup (75 g) almonds, pulverized
¼ cup (60 ml) water
1 Tbsp paprika powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp rosemary

Protein Content Total: 33.70 g plant-based protein
1 (15oz) can chickpeas, drained = 17.8 g protein
75 g almonds = 15.9 g protein

Banana Bread Cookies | Vegan & Oil-Free
Banana Bread Cookies (16 cookies)
INGREDIENTS
2 ripe bananas
½ cup peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 cups quick oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
dash nutmeg
¼ cup vegan chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat over to 350 Farenheit.
2. Peel and mash your bananas in a large bowl.
3. Add peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix well.
4. Add dry ingredient directly to wet ingredients: oats, chia seeds, spices. Mix well.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Form dough into 2 tbsp balls. Flatten each ball with your hand.
7. Bake for 15 minutes. Wait 15 minutes for cookies to cool.

Easy Carrot Cookies Recipe | Healthy and Vegan Carrot Biscuits made in only 10 minutes!
So here we go!
Peel and grate 2 tool carrots, peel off and mash 2 medium bananas. Mix the banana with the grated carrot. Include 1/3 mug of peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of agave syrup and combine all the components. Include 1 mug of rolled oats into a dish and add 3/4 cup of almond flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder (optional), 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, 1/2 tsp of nutmegs 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp of ginger powder and a pinch of black pepper. Integrate all the ingredients.
Include the dry components to the wet components, mix it, give form to the biscuits and cook them for 20 – 25 minutes at 180 C (stove preheated).
