Instant Pot Beans & Rice In 30 Minutes!
In this video, I show you how to make beans and rice in the Instant Pot.
Ingredients:
– 1.5 cups dried black beans
– 1.5 cups brown rice
– 2 tbsp cumin
– 1.5 tbsp chili powder
– 1 tbsp smoked paprike
– 2 tbsp Better Than Bouillon
– 1/2 chopped onion
– 4 gloves garlic chopped
– 6 cups of water
– 1/2 juice of a lime
Instructions:
1. Saute the onion and garlic for a few minutes, adding a splash of water if needed.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients (except lime juice) and stir.
3. Cook on high pressure for 30 minutes, making sure the vent is sealed.
4. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes before releasing any remaining pressure.
5. Add the lemon juice and enjoy!

Oil-Free Veggie Burgers With The Instant Pot!
Healthy veggie burgers using the Instant Pot! 🍔
Directions:
1. In your Instant Pot, sauté 1 chopped onion and 2 cloves garlic for a few minutes.
2. Add 1 cup dried pinto beans, 1/2 cup quinoa, 1/2 cup wild rice, 2 cups veggie broth, 2 cups water to the IP. Stir. Cook on high pressure for 35 minutes. Manual release.
3. Let cool for a few hours.
4. Preheat over to 350 Fahrenheit.
5. Stir in 1/2 cup ground flax, and 1 tbsp oregano, 1 tsp thyme, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp pepper.
6. Assemble 12 patties into 2 baking sheets. Flatten a bit.
7. Cook for about 25 minutes on each side. You can tell they’re done when they are golden brown and won’t fall apart.
8. Allow to cool and enjoy!
