Vegan Carrot Cake Recipe | Moist & Healthy Oatmeal Carrot Cake Recipe

Start by peeling off as well as grating 250 gr of carrots add the grated carrot in a huge bowl add 1/2 mug (150 gr) of apple puree 1/4 cup (60 ml) of olive oil 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar 1/3 cup (80 ml) of agave syrup mix all the active ingredients add 1 & & 1/2 mug (200 gr) of oat flour add a pinch of salt 1 tsp of cinnamon 1/2 tsp of baking soft drink integrate all the active ingredients crumple parchment paper to fit it much better in the mould grease the sides of the mould with oil transfer the mixture right into the mould bake it at 180 ° C for 45 – 50 mins
(pre-heat the oven in breakthrough) let it cool down as well as unmold it 150 gr of plant based spread include 2 tbsp of agave syrup incorporate both ingredients I hope you enjoy this vegan carrot cake recipe!.
