Buffalo Walnut Rolls ????????
I made this recipe almost four years ago, and it still deserves rotation. If you have watched me over the years, I have continued improving my cooking and creating. I truly believe in balance and food with good flavor and perfect textures. This is a simple recipe that you can fry or air fry and satisfy the munchies when you want a treat.
As I said in the video, I try to be mindful when introducing someone to plant-based food and do my best to introduce them to foods loaded with flavor. It could turn that person off from the vibes if it doesn’t taste good. This is a recipe I would whip out to a non-vegan.
This recipe can be found in the Turnip Vegan Recipe Club with over 100+ recipes and in my “It’s All About The Walnuts” e-book.
WALNUT GROUNDS INGREDIENTS
2.5 cups shelled raw walnuts
1 Tbsp chili oil
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
2 Tbsp vegan cream cheese
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS
vegan shredded mozzarella cheese
1 chopped green bell pepper
vegan egg roll wrappers
cashew ranch dip OR preferred sauce

High in protein and easy to bake, these lentil crackers are gluten-free, delicious, nutritious, and much more economical compared to the commercial packs of lentil crackers.

Lentil & Herb Crackers
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup raw red lentils, soaked for 3 hours
3/4 cup water
2 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric
METHOD
1. Combine drained lentils with 3/4 cup water add the mixed herbs, salt, and turmeric, and blend on a high speed.
2. Pour into a lined baking tray and spread well all over. Bake at 375F for 30 min
3. Remove from oven and cut into squares or triangles transfer onto a rack
4. To get them extra crispy transfer to another lined baking tray but bake longer or spread the mixture thinner in the beginning.
5. Bake for another 20 min or until crisp and golden.
