These Vegan Steaks Are Made From BEANS! 🌱

These Vegan Steaks Are Made From BEANS! 🌱

I turned simple white beans into hearty vegan steaks! 🌱
These white bean steaks are savory, smoky, and surprisingly firm, with a satisfying texture created by steaming them before pan-frying until beautifully golden.

Made with white beans, oats, and simple pantry ingredients, they’re completely vegan and can easily be made gluten-free. A smoky marinade and rosemary-infused oil give the steaks even more flavor and a delicious golden crust.
