I’m late to this trend (who’s surprised?) but as soon as I found out about Rihanna’s mac n cheese recipe I was HIGHLY intrigued to hear that it includes ketchup and mustard. Listen, Rihanna could tell me to eat pretty much anything and I’d be willing to give it a shot. Anyway, I made it vegan by replacing the colby jack with… you guessed it, vegan colby jack cheese.
