Easy Vegan Cauliflower Stir Fry
Ingredients
1) Cauliflower Florets
2) Coconut Oil
3) 1 Big Onion
4) 8 Garlic Flakes Crushed
5) 3 Green Chillies
6) Few Curry Leaves
7) 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
8) Chilly Flakes as desired
9) Coriander Leaves for garnishing
10) Salt as per taste
Method of Cooking:
1) Heat a Vessel add Coconut Oil.
2) Add Cumin seeds, Curry leaves, green chillies, garlic flakes & fry till garlic flakes turn light brown.
3) Add Onions & fry till translucent.
4) Add Cauliflower Florets and give a quick mix.
5) Close the Lid & Let it cook for sometime.
6) Add Salt as per taste.
7) Add Chilly Flakes as per desired.
8) Close the Lid & Let it cook for sometime.
9) Finally Garnish with Coriander leaves.

split chickpeas (chana daal) 1 cup
2 cups water (to soak)
To Cook Daal:
3 cups water to cook
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 whole garlic cloves
salt to taste
cleaned 1 cup chana daal
For Masala:
1 tsp. cumin seeds
4 cloves
2 cardamom pods
1 small onion chopped
3 garlic cloves chopped
1 tbsp. fresh ginger chopped
2 large tomatoes chopped
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 green chili chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
additional water to cook with
oil to cook with
cilantro (coriander) leaves for garnishing
