Ingredients:
1 15 oz can chickpeas
8 oz of chopped Portobello Mushrooms
8 oz of chopped oyster mushrooms
1/2 red onion, diced
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp fennel
1 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp ground sage
1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1 roasted red pepper
2 tbs avocado oil
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup + 1 tbs chickpea flour
1/4 cup + 1 tbs Vital Wheat Gluten
1 tsb vegan Worcestershire
1/2 tsp of liquid smoke
1 1/2 tbs maple syrup
rice paper
Vegan sausage buns
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
1/4 red onion, sliced
Bbq sauce
Mustard
