2 cups any leafy green herbs (4oz | 120g)
1/3 cup olive oil (2.2fl oz | 80ml)
1/4 cup apple vinegar (2fl oz | 60ml)
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2tbsp Korean red chilli flakes

This no-bake vegan lemon cheesecake is not only vegan but also raw, dairy-free, gluten-free, and free of sugar.
ππΌ only requires simple ingredients: dates, cashews, almonds, coconut cream, lemon, maple syrup, and shredded coconut. The taste is light and fresh.
INGREDIENTS (6,5-inch / 17cm springform pan)
*1cup=240ml, 1Tbsp=15ml
CRUST
β’ 1 cup raw almonds
β’ 1/3 cup shredded coconut
β’ 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
β’ 6-7 pitted dates
FILLING
β’ 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for 1 hour in hot water
β’ 3 Tbsp coconut cream (sub full-fat coconut milk)
β’ 50ml maple syrup (sub agave syrup)
β’ 1/2 lemon, juiced
β’ 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Place in the freezer until set β at least 3 hours
