✅ 0:00 Recipe #1 Chickpea patties
1 1/4 cup cooked chickpeas (12.5oz | 200g)
1/4 cup cooked chickpeas (2.5oz | 40g)
1 zucchini (5oz | 120g)
1 carrot (2oz | 60g)
3 broccoli florets
1tsp onion powder
1tsp paprika
1tsp garlic powder
2tbsp chickpea flour
1tbsp corn starch
salt to taste
🧑🍳Cooking tips:
ℹ️ Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to to get the flavour you enjoy the most.
ℹ️ For the patties to hold together place patties mixture in to the fridge for 30-60 minutes. It works miracles and you do not need a binder 👍 If you feel like you need a diner add some flaxseed. 😊
ℹ️ With the ingredients listed in the recipe you get about 8 patties.

2 medium size potatoes (14oz | 400g)
1 onion
2tbsp chickpea flour
1tsp dried herbs
1 tomato
1tbsp tomato sauce
salt to taste
🥣 Sauce ingredients:
1.5 cup basil (16oz | 40g)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (2oz | 40g)
3tbsp nutritional yeast
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup water (2fl oz | 60ml)
2tbsp lemon juice
2tbsp olive oil
salt to taste

Ingredients:
– 2 cup oats
– 1 cup roasted mixed nuts
– 1/2 cup peanut butter
– Pinch of Salt
– 1/3-1/2 cup honey
– Chocolate chips
– Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
– place oats on baking pan and bake it for 7min at 350F
– Melt the peanut butter, honey and salt in a pan
– Take the oats out of oven and mix in chocolate chips, cinnamon, nuts and peanut butter mix, give it a good stir
– Bake it for another 10 mins, make sure to mix it in the middle
– Press it together if you want chunks and let it cool down
