The vegan diet vs carnivore debate. Both are known to heal symptoms. I find the carnivore diet to be the easy way out. Veganism takes a lot more work to heal the gut. It’s a far more rewarding path in the end though, and less risky than the carnivore keto diet. I’ve been both, ex vegan and ex carnivore.
