80g melted dark chocolate
1/4 cup vegan butter
2 cups icing sugar
1/4 cup plant milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Lentil and walnut mince:
– 1 brown onion, diced
– 1 tbsp oil
– 1 cup walnuts, ground
– 400g brown lentils, drained and rinsed
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp tomato paste
– 30g taco seasoning
– salt and pepper, to taste
– 1/4 cup water

Choc banana muffins ingredients:
– 3 bananas, mashed
– 1/2 cup olive oil
– 3/4 cup brown sugar
– 2 flax eggs
– 2 tsp vanilla
– 1 cup plain flour
– 1/2 cup cocoa powder
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp baking soda
– pinch of salt
– 100g chocolate chunks

Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean 🙂
