It’s my 17-year anniversary as a FullyRaw vegan. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ This way of living has completely transformed my life. I went from being a sick type 2 diabetic to a healthy and thriving woman. ๐ŸŒบ While my healing journey began with living foods and changing what I was eating, itโ€™s evolved to be about so much more than just the food. I start my days off with a workout and usually follow it with a fresh green juice to rehydrate me. There is so much ripe, delicious fruit in season right now, so Iโ€™ve been enjoying tons of pineapple, mango, and melon, and Iโ€™ve been making insanely mouth-watering fruit salads as well.
