🥦 BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP 🧀🔥 Vegan, Oil Free & Maximum Weight Loss

🥦 BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP 🧀
🔥 Vegan, Oil Free & Maximum Weight Loss!!

Ingredients:

🧅 Onions
🥕 Carrots
🌿 Celery
🥦 Broccoli
🥔 Potato
🧀 Nutritional yeast
🥣 Veggie stock
🧂 Vegetable seasoning
🧄 Garlic powder
🌶️ Smoked paprika
🖤 Black pepper
🍋 Lemon juice

Method:

1️⃣ Add the onions to a large pot with a small splash of water and cook until softened.
2️⃣ Dice the carrots and celery and add them to the pot once the onions have softened slightly.
3️⃣ Add the diced potato and pour in the veggie stock.
4️⃣ Once the soup is bubbling away, add the broccoli and season with the vegetable seasoning.
5️⃣ Add a generous amount of nutritional yeast, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper to a blender.
6️⃣ Add around 1/4 of the soup broth to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
7️⃣ Pour the cheesy mixture back into the soup and stir well to combine.
8️⃣ Before serving, squeeze over some fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with extra nutritional yeast.
