Delicious cauliflower recipe! This cauliflower is tastier than meat! This gluten free dish is ready in a few minutes and the cauliflower is tender inside and so deliciously crispy on the outside! ASMR cooking. I love making cauliflower recipes and this recipe is gluten free. Vegetables are tastier than meat! In this video you will also learn how to make amazing dip sauce. This is incredibly delicious, easy and quick recipe. It’s so tasty that my family and kids ask me to make it almost every day!

???? Ingredients :
1 head of cauliflower

Dry ingredients :
150g | 1cup chickpea crumbs or breadcrumbs
1/2tbsp garlic powder
1/2tbsp Italian herbs
salt
black pepper
30g | 2tbsp dairy free parmesan or 2tbsp nutritional yeast
4tbsp olive oil

Batter ingredients :
100g | 1/2 cup chickpea flour (gram flour)
water
pinch of salt

dip sauce ingredients :
250g | 1cup coconut yogurt or any dairy free yogurt
1-2 garlic cloves
1/2 cucumber
1/4 cup fresh chopped dill
black pepper
salt
1tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp olive oil
1/4tsp chilli flakes (optional)

????‍????Cooking tips:
❗You can substitute chickpea crumbs for breadcrumbs ????
❗you can substitute dairy free parmesan for 2tbsp nutritional yeast ????

????Method:
Cut the leaves off the base of 1 head of cauliflower.
Disassemble cauliflower into inflorescences.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Transfer cauliflower florets into a pot.
Boil cauliflower for 2-3 minutes.
In a mixing bowl combine 150g | 1cup chickpea crumbs or breadcrumbs. I prefer to use my home made gluten free chickpea crumbs, they are so delicious.
Add 1/2tbsp garlic powder, 1/2tbsp Italian herbs, black pepper and salt.
Add 30g | 2tbsp dairy free parmesan or 2tbsp nutritional yeast and 4tbsp olive oil.
Mix all well together.
Drain cauliflower and set aside.
Add 100g | 1/2 cup chickpea flour (it’s gluten free) to another bowl. You can use any flour of your choice if you do not have chickpea flour handy.
Pinch of salt.
Pour some water.
Whisk the liquid into the flour until you have a smooth batter. The batter should not be too thick or too liquid.
Now dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and coat evenly.
Roll the cauliflower pieces in chickpea crumbs until coated thoroughly.
Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment.
Repeat until all cauliflower pieces are coated.
Roast in the preheated oven 360F | 180C for 20 minutes.
Time to make delicious, creamy and tangy vegan tzatziki sauce.
Add 250g | 1cup coconut yogurt or any plant based plain yogurt of your choice to a large bowl.
Press 1 or 2 garlic cloves (to your taste).
Finely grate 1/2 cucumber with the skin.
Then set in a fine-mesh strainer and squeeze out excess the moisture.
Chop 1/4 cup fresh dill.
Add black pepper and salt.
Pour 1tbsp lemon juice.
1tbsp olive oil.
1/4tsp chilli flakes (optional).
Stir to combine.
Taste and adjust the flavour as needed. You can store home made sauce in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Can you gain muscle as a vegan? Probably. But what if you’re raw vegan trying to heal your digestion and skin? A lower protein approach is advised. I’ve been fruitarian for about 4 months, now doing Dr. Brooke Goldner’s Hyper-nourishing diet with lots of flax and greens. It’s even less protein than the fruitarian diet lol. RECIPES FROM THIS VIDEO:

Day 1:
—————————————-
Weetabix bowl:
-3 weetabix
-1 scoop vegan protein powder
-170ml plant milk
-1 TBSP ground flax seeds
-2 TBSP vegan yogurt
Peanut maple caramel:
-1 TBSP peanut butter
-1 TBSP maple syrup
-some water to thin it out

Stir fry:
-2 small wraps
-150g veggies
-70g smoked tofu
Peanut sauce:
-1 TBSP peanut butter
-1 TSP each agave, vinegar, sriracha
-my allrounder spice
-water to thin

Pasta alla norma:
-2 eggplants
-some oil
-salt and pepper
Cut the eggplant, mix with oil and season.
Roast at 200C/400F for 30-35mins.
Sauce:
-1 onion
-3 cloves garlic
Fry in some oil
-3 Tbsp tomato paste
Roast for a few minutes and optionally deglaze with some red wine.
-1 can (400g) chopped tomatoes (wash it out with some water)
-salt, pepper and dried herbs to taste
-1 Tsp sugar
Let it simmer while cooking 200g pasta Al dente.
Add everything to the sauce and cook 4-5mins.
Serve with vegan Parmesan.

Day2:
—————————————
Pancake scramble:
-1 apple, chopped and sautéed with cinnamon
-65g flour
-1 TSP baking powder
-1 scoop vegan protein powder
-2 TBSp vegan yogurt
-100ml plant milk
Serve with „peanut maple caramel“

Carrot pita:
-1 TSP chili oil
-2 small carrots, chopped
70g smoked tofu
-1 heaped TBSP hummus
-2 TBSP vegan bolognese
Serve in a pita

Loaded fries:
-frozen fries heated up in the air fryer
-1 bell pepper + vegan chicken
Hummus sauce:
-1 TBSP each hummus and soy yogurt
-1 TSP sriracha
-water to thin
-optionally: some curry powder

Day 3:
———————————
Deluxe weetabix:
-3 weetabix
-1 scoop vegan protein powder
-170ml plant milk
-1 TBSP ground flax seeds
-2 TBSP vegan yogurt
‚Chocolate saucel‘:
-10g vegan chocolate, melted
-1/2 TBSP each peanut butter and maple syrup

Peanut-chocolate bars:
-60g corn or rice cakes
-25g vegan protein powder
-75g agave or maple syrup
-85g peanut butter
-chocolate to spread on top

Butter tofu:
