Homemade Vegan Deli Meat in 1 Pan 🤯 (No Pressing, No Simmering!)

This hack makes the easiest vegan deli slices from tofu—just slice, pour, and bake. No pressing, no pan-frying, no extra steps!

👉 Thinly slice 1 block of firm tofu.
👉 Whisk: 1 cup veggie stock, 1 tsp miso, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 2 tbsp nooch, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp ACV.
👉 Pour over tofu.
👉 Dump it all on a parchment-lined tray (watery = normal!).
👉 Bake at 425°F for 20 mins, flip halfway.
