I Tried The Vegan Sweet Potato “Meat”
This recipe has been on the back burner for a while now… I was putting it off because I didn’t have a dehydrator and, frankly, I was very skeptical. At the end of the day I can’t resist a simple, cheap vegan meat substitute. Sweet potatoes are super healthy so if I can find another way to eat them, I’m in!
