Quick and easy Makhana bhel recipe :
1. Dry roast the makhana in a pan with 1 tsp oil or ghee & with some spices (cumin, red chilli & turmeric powder) on low-medium heat for 4–5 minutes until crispy. Set aside to cool.
2. Add the roasted makhana to the bowl. Also add chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, peanuts & green chilli.
3. Top it with sweet tamarind chutney & mint-coriander chutney😋
4. Sprinkle in chaat masala, black salt, and lemon juice.
5. Gently toss everything to combine. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves & sev😋
