My Cholesterol Doubled On A Vegan Diet… As Predicted
In this video, I share the surprising results of an experiment where I transitioned from a junk food, Standard American Diet (SAD) to a plant-based, vegan keto diet – as predicted. My LDL cholesterol skyrocketed from 97 to 215 mg/dL in just one week! I’ll explain why this happened using the Lipid Energy Model, show exactly what I ate on both diets, and discuss some unexpected personal challenges along the way.
