HOW it’s MADE:
You will need only a couple of simple, natural ingredients to make this delicious raspberry chia pudding.
Ingredients:
-chia seeds, two spoons
-raspberry, 100 grams
-almond milk or other plant milk, 125 ml
-coconut yoghurt soy yoghurt, 100 grams
-lemon, 1 tablespoon
-honey, 1 spoonful
Into a bowl put raspberry, almond milk, yoghurt, honey and lemon juice. Mix well until you get a smooth mixture.
Next, add chia seeds and mix well using a spoon.
Leave it in the fridge for one hour or overnight.
Then, when it is served, you can add fresh raspberry or other fruits of your choice. ENJOY!
