The texture of these is super light and fluffy with the perfect amount of cinnamon-sugar filling and a sticky-sweet cream cheese icing that gives me all the weekend brunch flavor I’m looking for in a twisty-sweet-breakfast-bun. What’s more? This recipe can easily be made VEGAN! So there’s really something for everyone with this recipe.
