Just 2-ingredients! #glutenfree #vegan #recipe #almondflour
Just 2 ingredients and so good ! I shared these cookies years ago on my blog, and it’s in weekly rotation in my oven. Since mum arrived, we made them twice using sugar-free maple syrup as she’s diabetic. You will love them if you love almonds, they are healthy, easy, crispy on the edges, chewy in the middle, and the simplest cookies you’ll ever make! Plus, these almond cookies are also egg-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly, as always on my blog! Enjoy, XOXO Carine
