1 medium sweet potato
green onions
2 garlic cloves
8oz | 250ml | 1 cup non-dairy milk
Seasoning:
1/2tsp Korean chilli flakes (Gochugaru) – optional
1/2tsp Italian herbs
Season with salt
1/2tsp garlic powder
1/4tsp turmeric powder
1/2tsp onion powder
1tsp baking powder
Tomato sauce
Chopped parsley
