4 green pepper, roasted, or 2 bell peppers
5 tomatoes, roasted
1 onion, diced
½ bunch parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon red pepper paste
1 heaped tablespoon ground sumac
5 tablespoons of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
