1/2 tsp salt
1 bunch parsley
Large handful spinach
1/4 cup walnuts
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
3 cloves garlic
For the veggies
1/2 cabbage, diced
1 onion, diced
1/2 cucumber, diced
1 bunch spring onions, chopped
Instructions
To a blender or food processor, add the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, parsley, spinach, walnuts, nutritional yeast and garlic. Blend until smooth. Next, add all the vegetables to a large mixing bowl and stir together with the dressing.
