Alright, this was a much requested video so I’m happy to be delivering it finally!

I’m definitely not a vegan or vegetarian as you may have gauged from watching my other videos but I by no means mind skipping animal proteins. Some of my favourites dishes are vegetarian or vegan and I think it can actually be very challenging to make delicious food under more strict ingredient restrictions, as chefs do when they cook vegan.
Please enjoy as I challenge myself to eat vegan for the day — breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Where should I have gone for a vegan dessert??
