here’s how I made my $50 grocery budget work this week even though I already blew $18 on cookies and $9 on yogurt 😅. on the menu I’ve got vegan domoda with beyond steak from the deep recesses of my freezer, dahi tadka with potato balls and roasted carrots, broccoli cheddar soup, pumpkin gnocchi with a side salad, and possibly even a Thai curry with tofu and vegetables. might even bake some breakfast bars with old freezer bananas if I’m feeling real ambitious.
