veganism in 2025 has been… weird. this video is part food vlog, part time capsule. showing what i actually eat as a vegan in 2025, while talking about what’s changed in the vegan scene since i first went vegan 18 years ago.

from supermarket ravioli to christmas sandwiches, from wagamama dropping vegan meats to new plant-based innovations, it’s been a year full of contradictions. so here’s my honest take on what it feels like to be vegan in 2025: the good, the bad, and the hopeful.
