Lentil Sweet Potato Stew Recipe | Easy Vegetarian Recipes | Lentil Recipes
1 1/2 Cup of green lentils (dry)
2 Medium sweet potatoes
1 Can of coconut milk
1/2 Medium red onion
1 Tbsp of thyme
2 Tsp of brown sugar
3 Tbsp of olive oil
1 Tsp garlic powder
2 Cups of vegetable broth (no salt)
1 Packet of Goya Sazon seasoning
2 Green onion
1 Stock of celery
1 Tbsp of green seasoning
2 Tbsp of tomato paste
Cook for 10mins on Medium and 5 mins on low/simmer
