Ingredients:
1c all-purpose flour or 1:1 gf flour
1tsp baking powder
1/4tsp baking soda
1/4tsp salt
1/3c cane sugar
1/2c almond milk
2tbsp 100% Pure Avocado Oil @chosenfoods
1/4c applesauce
1/2tsp almond extract
2tbsp sprinkles
Frosting:
2/3c powdered sugar
1tbsp almond milk
1/2tsp vanilla extract
Method:
1)Preheat oven to 375F and spray a donut pan (I used Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Spray)
2)In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients except sprinkles
3)In a medium bowl, stir together wet ingredients
4)Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until just combined (do not overmix!)
5)Fold in sprinkles
6)Transfer batter into donut molds and fill each 3/4 way full
7)Bake ~11-12mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before frosting
8)Frosting: combine ingredients and spread over cooled donuts. Top with extra sprinkles and enjoy! ????
