* 1 1/2 tablespoons (22ml) low sodium soy sauce
* 1 1/2 tablespoons (22g) ketchup
* 3 tablespoons (45ml) grade-A maple syrup
* 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
* v1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Meat Sauce
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 10 ounces vegan ground beef crumbles
* 1/2 onion (about 4 ounces) chopped
* 3-4 cloves garlic chopped
* 2 28 ounce cans tomato puree
* 2 ounces tomato paste
* 1 to 2 teaspoons organic sugar
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
Tofu Ricotta
* 1 block (14 ounces) firm or extra firm tofu
* 1/4 cup nondairy milk
* 1/4 teaspoon or more to taste salt
* 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
Vegan Cheese
* 2 cups vegan mozzarella shreds
* 1/4 cup vegan parmesan

* 2 cloves garlic, chopped
* 1/4 Vidalia onion, chopped (about 3.5 ounces/100g)
* 20 ounces (560g) extra firm tofu, cube
* 3 tablespoons (42g) all purpose flour
* 1 1/2 tablespoons (22g) vegan butter
* 1 cup (240ml) non-dairy milk
* 1 cup (240ml) vegetable broth
* 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
