1lb | 400g cabbage

Seasoning:
olive oil
salt to taste
mixed dried herbs

???? Cabbage topping ingredients:
5oz | 200g | 1 cup chickpeas
1 leek or onion
1 garlic clove
7oz | 200g | 1 cup chopped tomatoes
1tbsp date syrup or sugar (optional)

Seasoning:
1tsp Allspice
1tsp paprika
salt to taste
Tahini dressing
