5 Months Vegan: This Is Getting Embarrassing
Can you gain muscle as a vegan? Probably. But what if you’re raw vegan trying to heal your digestion and skin? A lower protein approach is advised. I’ve been fruitarian for about 4 months, now doing Dr. Brooke Goldner’s Hyper-nourishing diet with lots of flax and greens. It’s even less protein than the fruitarian diet lol. Calisthenics bodybuilding is definitely a struggle as a raw vegan.
