pinch of salt (or to taste)
dash of olive oil
optional toppings of choice (avocado, fried tofu, olives…)

#2 Lemon Cake Iced Coffee

½ tsp lemon zest
½ tsp brown sugar (or to taste)
2 shots espresso
pinch of nutmeg
