Oats:
– 1/2 cup quick oats
– 1 cup soy milk
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1 tbsp maple syrup

Blueberry mixture:
– 1 cup frozen blueberries
– 1 tsp maple syrup
– 2 tbsp water

Pesto:
– 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
– 1/4 cup toasted pumpkin seeds
– 1 cup basil
– 1 garlic clove
– juice of 1/2 lemon
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– salt and pepper to taste
